Tricky Treats takes pride in using locally sourced raw ingredients, such as Oakdene Farm's Free-range eggs, from Verwood, and Cann Mill's Organic Flour, from Shaftesbury. All Tricky Treats products are free from artificial colourings and only use time honoured preservatives. So your kids' parties won't leave your kids partying all night long.
Having trained at Ballymaloe, in Ireland, head chef, Lisa Tracey, learnt the importance of respecting local producers and working with the seasons. She has a diverse range of experience from working with top London caterers to producing deli products for a prestigious Organic Farm shop. This has compelled her to provide a service of quality home baked cakes and desserts at affordable prices.
